Our work is inspired and led by our community, who organize themselves into committees by issue. Some of our committees have existed for over 30 years, while others have been created more recently as the needs of our community changes. All committees are supported by a small, dedicated staff. Coalitions are alliances that we form with other community organizations around specific issues and allow us to work in cooperation to achieve greater change.
